Bear Cabin Miniatures at Miniatura Dolls House Show

Last weekend, Hywel and I travelled through the snow up to the NEC in Birmingham for the
60th Miniatura International Dolls House Show.

We have visited the show for the last ten years, but this time was extra special. Not only was it the 60th show for Miniatura, but it was our first as exhibitors.... and we had a ball!

With hindsight, our table wasn't shown off to the best that it could of been, but we did learn valuable lessons from our new friends Jeff and Glenys next door to us and we also began dreaming up plans for future displays with valuable advice from Bea. We also met up and chatted with many peeps from AIM, Blogland and FB which was absolutely lovely.

This is how the centre of our table looked with Hywel's handmade cupboards and my scroll and book shelves.

We also had bar tables and pumpkins for sale at our table.

Alongside dragon eggs and wizard tables.

Now we are home and the weekend is over, but we can look forward to planning for the next Miniatura this Autumn and more fun! :)
